    There are many types of drying in industry and daily life. Some common drying methods are drum drying, vacuum drying, freeze drying, dielectric drying and supercritical drying.

It rarely occurs in nature as a native element, but is found in a number of different minerals, the most important of which is stibnite (SbS3). Antimony is often called a semi-metal, because in pure form it is not shiny and malleable like true metals.

Copper ore is  a mineral that can be found in large deposits and relatively close to surface.

Aeration of the milled slurry, and the addition of specific chemical reagents, encourages froth formation, while activators are added to promote flotation of copper-bearing compounds. The froth that floats to the surface contains most of the copper and copper sulfides, and is extracted for further treatment. This material is known as the concentrate. After magnetic separating, minerals particles were sent to the flotation separation. Now, put into different chemicals according to mineral characteristics, so you can make the minerals and other substances to be separated.

After the minerals being separated, they were taken into thickener for initial concentrating. Thickening reduces the water content of the concentrate slurry, separating the water from the heavier mineral-rich solids through gravity. Then, after drying, you can get dry materials.

Aluminum is a silver-white metal, very light in weight,  yet relatively strong. In addition, aluminum is ductile, that is to say, it can be drawn into wires or pressed into sheets or foil. It is the most abundant metallic element, and the third most abundant of all elements in the Earth’s crust, making up 8% of the crust by weight. Only silicon and oxygen are more plentiful.

Aluminum has numerous applications in the home and industry, and is a familiar metal to nearly everyone. Aluminum is used in the United States in packaging, transportation, and building. Guinea and Australia have about one-half of the world’s reserves. Other countries with major  reserves  include Brazil, Jamaica, and India.

Crushing is often divided into three stages, namely, primary crushing, secondary crushing and fine crushing. To complete primary crushing, people usually use a jaw crusher or impact crusher. jaw crusher is used in primary crushing station. It can crush aluminum ore into smaller sizes. Thus, these small aluminum ore can be fed into mill such as ball mill for grinding. Impact crusher is generally used after jaw crusher, and can crush hard stones, not only the aluminum ore, but also other ores such as copper, bauxite, tin, Kaolinite, manganese etc.

Secondary crushing: after reaching certain size, the materials can be fed to grinding mills for further grinding. Commonly used grinding mills are ball mill, vertical roller mill, high pressure suspension grinding mill, MTM medium speed trapezium mill and SCM series super thin mill.

After grinding by a ball mill, the aluminum ore fines are fed into spiral classifier. By the principle of different solid particles have different sedimentation rate in liquid, spiral classifier washing the mixture of ore and grading them.

After washing and grading, mineral mixture were fed into the magnetic separation. Due to the different susceptibility of various minerals, magnetic and mechanical force can separate the magnetic material from the mixture materials.

Flotation separation: The process used to separate aluminum and metal sulfides from the gangue. Aeration of the milled slurry, and the addition of specific chemical reagents, encourages froth formation, while activators are added to promote flotation of aluminum-bearing compounds. The froth that floats to the surface contains most of the aluminum and aluminum sulfides, and is extracted for further treatment. This material is known as the concentrate. After magnetic separating, minerals particles were sent to the flotation separation. Now, put into different chemicals according to mineral characteristics, so you can make the minerals and other substances to be separated.

After the minerals being separated, they were taken into thickener for initial concentrating. Thickening reduces the water content of the concentrate slurry, separating the water from the heavier mineral-rich solids through gravity. Then, after drying, you can get dry materials.

Marble is a metamorphic rock composed of recrystallized carbonate minerals,most commonly calcite or dolomite.Marble is commonly used for sculpture and as a building material.

Application of Marble

Sculpture- White marble has been prized for its use in  sculpture since classical times. This preference has to do with its softness, relative isotropy and homogeneity, and a relative resistance to shattering. Also, the low index of refraction of calcite allows light to penetrate several millimeters into the stone before being scattered out, resulting in the characteristic waxy look which gives “life” to marble sculptures of the human body.

Marble gravel production process
